Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to internal and external customers; greets, receives, and screens visitors and customers; addresses and resolves customer questions as able and refers complex inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Works service desks, assisting patrons with checking out library materials and using public computers.
• Registers patrons for library cards, helps with fees, places holds and performs payment transactions.
