Responsibilities

• Provides customer service at service desks; greets and assists visitors and resolves questions.
• Assists patrons with checking out materials and using public computers.
• Registers patrons for library cards and handles fees and holds payments.
• Educates patrons on locating materials and using library technologies.
• Performs basic troubleshooting for Automated Materials Handling System.
• Participates in programming and helps create displays for patrons.
