Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs Of Metro ATL is seeking a Training & Development Manager to oversee organization-wide training initiatives for Club staff in Atlanta. You will coordinate logistics, develop calendars, deliver youth development and professional training, and ensure accessible learning experiences that drive impact.

Under the Senior Director of Training and Development, you’ll manage LMS resources, partner with external groups, design lesson plans, and support a dynamic learning culture across

Qualifications

• Direct youth development work experience is required (2+ years).
• 1–2 years of adult learning experience is required.
• Ability to develop and implement engaging hands-on learning experiences.
• Ability to train Youth Development Professionals on best practices.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials prep, and session setup.
• Create and maintain monthly and annual organizational training calendars.
• Deliver youth development and professional development training for Club staff.
• Manage online learning management systems and training resources.
• Partner with external groups to coordinate training opportunities.
• Develop learning activities, AV materials, instructor guides, and lesson plans.
• All other duties as assigned.
