Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three years combined teen work experience or formal training related to youth development.
• Formal training in teen programming.
• Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior.
• Valid State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Promotes teen programs and events to increase participation.
• Orients new members to teen programs, safety rules, and opportunities.
• Monitors and evaluates programs and attendance to ensure quality.
• Supervises and trains volunteers and program assistants.
• Maintains orderly club environment and adherence to rules.
• Keeps records of attendance and participation for reporting.
