• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or working toward an Education Degree.
• Two years of current or previous work with elementary-aged children.
• Demonstrate behavior management principles and youth development.
• Provide guidance and supervision to ensure staff understand behavior principles.

• Support academic growth and overall progress of youth.
• Demonstrate proficiency in assigned subjects and help develop engaging curriculum.
