Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or working toward an Education Degree.
• Two years of experience with elementary-aged children.
• Understand, apply, and demonstrate behavior management principles and safety practices.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and supervision to staff to ensure quality programming.
