Job summary

Wayfinder Family Services is seeking a Clinical Therapist II to deliver direct clinical services to youth ages 12-17 within IOP and PHP settings. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized plans, and provide CBT/DBT-based therapy with a trauma-informed approach.

The role involves coordination with a multidisciplinary team, supervision, and documentation to support safety and recovery in a compliant, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and relevant licensure in California.
• Proven experience delivering CBT/DBT and trauma-informed care.
• Experience with biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy within IOP/PHP.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate with intake, medical staff, and supervision to ensure quality care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and progress documentation.
