Job summary

Compass Health Center seeks a Psychologist or Master’s level therapist eligible for clinical licensure in Falls Church, VA. You will deliver CBT/DBT-based therapy in PHP/IOP settings, work with mood and anxiety diagnoses, and have opportunities for cross-training in several specialty programs alongside established clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must have CBT and DBT skills.
• Experience with Mood & Anxiety program preferred.
• Interest or experience in PHP/IOP settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in the Mood & Anxiety Program.
• Cross-train in specialty programs (School Refusal, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, Mental Health and Substance Use).
• Collaborate with clinicians and doctors to deliver PHP/IOP care and ensure program quality.
