Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above required with independent license.
• Experience in psychiatric settings and in individual and group therapy.
• Continuing education in specialty areas will be required.

Responsibilities

• Completes initial psychiatric evaluations and formulates treatment plans.
• Provides individual and group therapy with evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborates with family and conducts family meetings as needed.
• Monitors treatment progress and documents clinical notes.
• Maintains patient privacy and complies with hospital standards.
• Participates in training and supervision for students.
• Ensures safety and risk management within the unit.
