Compass Health Center, Llc in Falls Church, VA seeks licensed or eligible psychologists/therapists to lead CBT/DBT-based therapy within PHP/IOP settings. You will work with adolescents and adults, individually, in groups, or with families, contributing to a multidisciplinary care model.

The position offers cross-training opportunities across specialty programs, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth potential as the program expands locally.

Formación

• Master’s level therapist or psychologist eligible for clinical licensure.
• Experience with Mood & Anxiety, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, Mental Health and Substance Use.
• Proficient in CBT and DBT techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy within PHP/IOP programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
• Cross-train across specialty programs and services.
