Kitsap Mental Health Services seeks an Admissions and Logistics Coordinator to support the Youth Inpatient Unit, ensuring admissions are coordinated efficiently while supporting daily unit operations for a safe treatment environment.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and relevant licensure; CPR and food worker card may be required within 30 days. Competitive benefits and on-site work in Bremerton, WA.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Experienced (minimum 3 years of job-related experience).
• Licensure: Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration. Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire; training provided by the organization). Valid Washington Food Worker card.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client admissions from initial referral through arrival to the Youth Inpatient Unit.
• Create and maintain the master staff schedule 6 to 8 weeks in advance.
• Monitor staffing levels and arrange additional coverage based on established protocols and client needs.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to unit staff.
• Answer phones and assist with routine communication needs.
