Kitsap Mental Health Services is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Youth Inpatient Unit to provide clinical leadership and administrative oversight for the acute services youth team. The role combines direct clinical service with supervision to clinicians, milieu managers, and discharge planning.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and evaluating staff; ensuring timely, compliant documentation; and coordinating with the Director and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in psychology, social services, or behavioral health.
• Specialist (minimum 5 years) with 2 years supervision experience.
• Valid Washington driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Licensed Agency Associated Counselor Registration.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, coach, develop and evaluate staff.
• Consult with Director on clinical and administrative procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on admissions and milieu management.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to staff.
• Review documentation for compliance with regulations.
