Job summary

Kitsap-Mental-Health-Services is seeking a Clinical Manager for the Youth Inpatient Unit to provide administrative and clinical leadership for the acute services youth team. The role acts as a clinical leader within the YIU Treatment Team and supports KMHS operations to deliver high-quality customer service.

The position requires Master’s in a relevant field, minimum 5 years of related experience with at least 2 years in supervision, and valid driver’s license; driving clients in a personal

Qualifications

Master’s degree required in psychology, social services, or behavioral health.
Minimum 5 years of related experience; 2 years in staff and program supervision.
Must be able to drive clients in a personal vehicle and possess a valid WA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clinical management to the youth team.
Collaborate with Director on clinical and administrative procedures.
Supervise Milieu Managers, Mental Health Professionals & Discharge Planner.
