Job summary

The Foundation for MetroWest is seeking a Program Officer, Youth in Philanthropy to oversee the implementation and day-to-day management of the Youth in Philanthropy program. YIP engages local youth in leadership and philanthropy, educating and empowering them to invest in their communities in MetroWest.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years nonprofit program experience.
• Experience with youth programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage student recruitment and enrollment, including outreach and interviews.
• Secure space, schedule classes, and coordinate program logistics.
• Train and support YIP instructors; supervise field visits.
• Update annual YIP curriculum and share changes with programs.
• Teach YIP programs as needed and support marketing with materials.
• Assist Senior Program Officer on new program development and stakeholder relations.
