Job summary

The Funders' Collaborative on Youth Organizing (FCYO) seeks a passionate Program Director to build and lead a multi-tier grantmaking, capacity-building, and peer-learning program for youth organizers across the United States.

We value strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication, with a deep understanding of race, economic, and gender justice in philanthropy. Remote roles require some evenings and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Robust knowledge of youth organizing field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sophisticated analysis of current political moment rooted in racial, economic, and gender justice.
• Experience designing political education and leadership development programs.
• Understanding of philanthropy.

Responsibilities
