Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals or families who are unhoused.
• Bilingual candidates preferred.
• Minnesota driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front door and provide safety to residents.
• Establish relationships with residents to support housing stability.
• Communicate with property management and service providers.
• Utilize crisis management skills to respond to emergencies.
• Provide information and resources on services within the area.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting as required.
• Attend and perform duties at assigned location and hours.
