Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals or families who are unhoused.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front door and provide safety to the residents of West Creek Apartments.
• Maintain composure and work effectively under stressful conditions.
• Communicate with property management and service providers.
• Establish relationships with residents to support housing stability.
• Utilize conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
• Provide information and resources on services within the area.
• Respond to client crises as needed.
• Keep required records and documentation up to date.
