Job summary

Cocoon House in Snohomish County, WA seeks a Coordinated Entry Navigator to link homeless young adults ages 18-24 with housing programs and services.

You will perform case management, enroll clients in Coordinated Entry, coordinate with partners, and ensure timely referrals. The role is full-time, on-site, with hourly wages between $21 and $23 and a strong focus on equity and client-centered supports.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with young adults experiencing homelessness or similar populations.
• Effective communication and crisis de-escalation skills.
• Open commitment to serving diverse groups including LGBTQ communities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals and coordinate with navigator staff to enroll youth in Coordinated Entry.
• Collaborate with Cocoon House programs, law enforcement, resource centers, schools, churches, and detention centers.
• Case manage youth to connect to resources and housing; move caseloads to meet grant outputs.
