Job summary

Cocoon House in Everett seeks a Youth Housing Case Manager to develop individualized plans for at-risk youth in its Transitional Living Program. In this full-time role, you will supervise youth, ensure safety, and facilitate communication between clients and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years full-time experience with at-risk youth.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Knowledge of DCYF background clearance process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
