Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain up-to-date information about housing options and subsidies.
• Collaborate with caseworkers and property managers to coordinate housing solutions.
• Lead workshops to build skills for independent living and housing readiness.
• Advocate on behalf of youth with landlords, brokers, and housing authorities.
