Job summary

Utah Mammoth Ice Center seeks a Next Gen Ice Hockey Coordinator to plan, coordinate, promote, and execute Learn to Play and Continue to Play programs across Utah. You will be the main contact for participants, families, coaches, and partners from registration through completion.

Responsibilities include scheduling, marketing, participant communication, coach coordination, and operational logistics, while ensuring staffing, equipment, jerseys, and coaching resources are well-managed and events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years' youth hockey experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, market and communicate Learn to Play and Continue to Play programs.
• Coordinate coaching resources, volunteer staff, and program logistics.
• Maintain staffing levels and manage equipment, jerseys and supplies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and community partners.
