The Next Gen Ice Hockey Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, promotion, communication, and day-to-day execution of Learn to Play and Continue to Play programs at the Utah Mammoth Ice Center and in communities across Utah. This role serves as the primary point of contact for these programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants, families, coaches, and partners from registration through program completion.

The coordinator oversees program scheduling, marketing initiatives, participant communication, coach coordination, and operational logistics while collaborating closely with internal departments and external community partners. This position is also responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels, managing program equipment and supplies, coordinating participant jerseys and coaching resources, and ensuring every event is organized, well-supported, and delivered to the highest standard.
