Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of NE Florida is seeking a Health & Wellness Youth Development Professional in Jacksonville, FL. This part-time role plans and runs health and life skills programs for youth ages 6–18, with emphasis on safety, youth development, and positive supervision.

The position involves collaboration with club staff, data tracking for grants, and occasional driving responsibilities. Working hours are typically after school, with potential for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and implement quality programs specific to Health & Wellness.
• Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and implement a variety of health and life skills programs for members ages 6 to 18.
• Recruit and retain youth for the health and life skills programs.
• Work with staff to implement programs throughout the school year.
• Track and report student data for grant purposes.
• Ensure programs and activities promote safety, quality and Club appearance.
