Job summary

The Boys and Girls Clubs of NE Florida is seeking a Youth Development Professional focused on Health & Wellness to support youth ages 6 to 18. The role involves planning and delivering health and life skills activities, guiding positive behaviors, and creating a safe, inclusive club environment.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, the ability to pass a Level II background check and drug test, and a flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug test (DCF Level II).
• Knowledge of youth development and program planning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement health and life skills programs for members of all ages.
• Recruit and retain youth for health and life skills programs.
• Coordinate with staff to deliver programs during the school year.
• Track and report student data for grant purposes.
• Ensure safety and positive environment for youth.
