Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Social Work and Arkansas licensure.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Prior experience supervising staff.
• Be at least 21 years old and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision and ongoing coaching to clinical staff.
• Review and approve treatment plans; audit clinical files for compliance.
• Coordinate services across the program and support staff development.
• Involve self in hiring, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
