Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is seeking an LPN/LVN/Medical Coordinator to ensure the health and well-being of youth in its care. You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate medical services, and ensure regulatory compliance, with a focus on English and Spanish communication.

Formación

• Current state LPN or LVN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in healthcare.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• CPR and First Aid or BLS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate medical services.
• Assess, monitor, and manage medical needs and medication administration.
• Schedule and track medical, dental, and specialty appointments.
• Respond to medical complaints and emergencies following nursing protocols.

Nursing experience
