Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.
• MAPS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license.
• Experience with individuals under 21 with disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to youth, ensuring safety and security.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in a compassionate environment.
• Engage with youth to teach ADL living skills and positive behaviors.
• Complete documentation including progress notes and incident reports.
