Job summary

Rite of Passage in Bryant, Arkansas seeks a Guidance Counselor to support at-risk youth within a secure residential program. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Current Arkansas licensure for Guidance & Counseling is required.
• Case management experience.
• Experience dealing with juvenile placement agencies.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass criminal background check, drug, TB tests, and abuse registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with tools and support to succeed in school and beyond; develop graduation and career plans; offer individual and group counseling.
