Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with working with mental health youth.

• Experience with working with youth between the ages of 10-17 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the group home.
• Work closely with residents to ensure all needs are being met.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as staff payroll.
• Handle scheduling, basic HR, and interviewing, as needed.
