Job summary

Poppy's Therapeutic Corner in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Youth Group Home Staff member to oversee daily operations of a group home, participate in programs, and work closely with residents to ensure safety and compliance with state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with youth with mental health concerns, and the ability to manage scheduling, HR tasks, and payroll as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with working with mental health youth.
• Strong familiarity with regulations on group homes desired.
• Experience with working with youth between the ages of 10-17 years old.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the group home
• Work closely with residents to ensure all needs are being met
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as staff payroll
• Handle scheduling, basic HR, and interviewing, as needed
