Healing Strides Counseling in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Youth Group Home Staff member to oversee the daily operations of a group home, support residents ages 10–17, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and prior experience with youth who have mental health concerns; responsibilities include scheduling, basic HR tasks, and payroll support.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience with working with mental health youth
• Strong familiarity with regulations on group homes desired
• Experience with working with youth between the ages of 10-17 years old
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the group home
• Work closely with residents to ensure all needs are being met
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and guidelines
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as staff payroll
• Handle scheduling, basic HR, and interviewing, as needed
