Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of AMFM Healthcare, seeks Group Facilitators to lead structured sessions for teens aged 12–17. You will use your specialty (e.g., yoga, art, fitness, meditation, Reiki) to create engaging, therapeutic experiences addressing mental health and/or substance use in a supportive, safe setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED with credential or certification in a specialty field
• Specialty certification in area such as fitness, yoga, music, art, meditation, Reiki or related field
• Experience facilitating groups for clients with mental health and/or addiction concerns
• Successful completion of background checks and clearances (ADP Selective Screening and others)
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance
• Physical ability to use computers, sit for extended periods, and lift up to 10 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead structured group sessions within your specialty as directed by clinical leadership
• Develop organized, evidence-based group topics, objectives, curricula, and materials
• Prepare the room and materials to ensure safe engagement
• Establish clear objectives and provide strong introductions for each group
• Engage participants and guide discussions or activities throughout sessions
• Provide therapeutic interventions relevant to your field of expertise
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and write concise notes
• Complete documentation within 24-hour submission standards
• Assess client safety and adhere to policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to support program operations
