Job summary

Mission Prep Healthcare, part of AMFM Healthcare, is seeking a Group Facilitator to lead adolescent-focused group sessions in Minnetonka, MN. Apply your specialty in yoga, art, fitness, music, meditation, Reiki, or related practices to support teens aged 12–17.

This full-time role requires strong group facilitation and crisis-intervention skills, plus clinical documentation like progress notes. CPR/First Aid and TB clearance are required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with credential in specialty field.
• Experience facilitating groups for clients with mental health/addiction concerns.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB clearance.
• Background check completed as per AMFM Healthcare policy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scheduled groups within your area of specialty, as directed by clinical leadership.
• Develop organized, evidence-based group topics, objectives, curricula, and materials.
• Prepare the room and necessary materials to ensure all participants engage safely.
• Establish clear objectives, set a proper tone, and provide strong introductions for each group.
• Engage participants and guide discussions or activities effectively throughout the group.
• Provide therapeutic interventions within your scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records reflecting treatment progress.
• Complete all required documentation within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with leadership and departments to support program operations.
