The Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking a Grant Specialist to join our Resource Development team. You will research, write, and submit grants to corporations, foundations, and government agencies, and help with grants management and reporting.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of grant experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple grants and deadlines while collaborating with program staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in grant research, grant writing, and grant administration; 3-5 years preferred.
• Demonstrated superior writing and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, write, and submit well-researched and persuasive grant proposals.
• Develop grant budgets and other financial report documents with program staff and Finance.
• Maintain databases and workflows to track deadlines, actions, and grant status.
• Prepare interim and final grant reports to funders in collaboration with Finance and Club staff.
