Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is seeking a Youth & Government Program Coordinator to support the Y&G program, manage registrations, and coordinate volunteers and travel. You will maintain documents, assist with surveys and flyers, and ensure brand-aligned communications with staff, leaders, and participants.

Qualifications

• Age 21 years or older.
• Team Leader Certification preferred.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Process participant registrations across platforms (ActiveNet, Camp Docs, AirTable).
• Coordinate volunteer onboarding; manage travel and reimbursements.
• Order office and program supplies; maintain inventory.
• Assist program setup and teardown at events.
• Create program surveys and draft flyers per branding guidelines.
• Maintain Youth & Government contacts database.
• Create social media content per branding guidelines.
• Support staff, volunteers, and participants at events; respond to inquiries.
