Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare the weekly snacks and condiments.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Wash and put away dishes and pans.
• Keep kitchen laundry clean and folded.
• Maintain cleanliness of walk-in refrigerators.
• Maintain cleanliness of all bathrooms and ensure supplies are well stocked.
• Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and submit restock requests.
• Supervise, monitor, and instruct youth with Food Service Worker responsibilities as part of the Work Based Learning Program.
