Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to support youth in community settings across Pennsylvania. You will conduct assessments, identify targets, and help develop individualized treatment plans for clients aged 2–21.

The role emphasizes direct care, supervision, and meticulous documentation to drive positive outcomes. You’ll collaborate with families, schools, and other providers, ensuring treatment plans align with goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA/ABA credential.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field required.
• Oversee ABA services with applicable licensure where needed.
• Clinical practicum or 1 year direct mental health experience for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals.

Education

Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist

BCBA certification

Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling

Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, CRNP, etc.)
