Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as Behavior Specialist or BCBA certified.
• Graduate degree in ABA or related field with licensure/ Certification.
• Clinical/mental health practicum experience or 1 year direct services with youth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs).
• Implement ABA strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide clinical oversight and maintain thorough documentation.
