Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA to join the Pennsylvania team, providing in-community behavioral health support to clients aged 2–21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and develop individualized treatment plans with families and educators.

This direct-care and supervisory role requires strong clinical insight, precise documentation, and a commitment to empowering youth through ABA-based interventions and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania for applicable behavioral health practice.
• BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis required or strong equivalent.
• At least 1 year of full-time ABA experience with supervised practice acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors.
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers.
• Implement ABA strategies prescribed by a licensed professional.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinaries to support progress.
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and updates aligned with goals.
