Brightli is seeking a Child Welfare Specialist in Indianapolis to support youth and families toward permanency, stability, well-being, and safety. You will provide clinical treatment, case management, and home-based services, with regular visits, safety planning, and collaboration with schools and providers.

The role requires aBachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related Health and Human Services field.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to organize and manage time and meet documentation deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required for position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical treatment to youth and families and document progress.
• Conduct home visits and supervise visits for youth in foster care.
• Attend IEP meetings and coordinate with educational providers.
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and discharge planning.
• Maintain professional communication with team leaders, clients, and referral sources.
