Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR) in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Part Time-Regular Family Support Specialist. You will deliver in-home support and evidence-based interventions to strengthen youth and family well-being.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and with a team, and willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR and Violence Intervention Prevention certifications. Starting pay is hourly with step-based progression.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Fingerprint background check and MT child abuse registry clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent experience.

• Empower Families: assess needs and deliver targeted interventions.
• Design individualized plans using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver direct support in home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and families to build treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation per agency standards.
• Contribute to PQI initiatives and adhere to safety policies.
