Job summary

Center for Family Services in Morris County, NJ seeks a Program Coordinator to support the FCIU and FOP Programs. You will oversee staff, provide supervision, and foster a supportive work environment. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related human services field.
• Licensure as a social worker or counselor or equivalent license.
• Minimum two years direct clinical experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team of FCIU counselor/interns and FOP case manager/interns and ensure seamless daily program operations.
• Provide weekly individual and team supervision to support staff development and well-being.
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment for the agency.
• Assist staff with workshop preparation and facilitate groups as needed per contract requirements.
• Maintain logs, billing requirements, and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Review files for required documentation and ensure treatment/ safety plans are completed.
• Document I&R calls and assign referrals within programmatic timelines.
