Job summary

Center for Family Services in Camden, NJ offers a full-time position with a sign-on bonus and a salary range of $58,000 to $65,000 per year. The role focuses on clinical and administrative operations of the FPS Program, with caseload management and strong collaboration with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• MSW required; related counseling field acceptable.
• LSW preferred or equivalent licensure.
• Experience with families and children and crisis intervention.
• Ability to relate to multi-problem families and engage them.

Responsibilities

• Assist FPS Program Director in clinical and administrative ops.
• Maintain caseload and provide services as needed.
• Refer families to longer-term services when appropriate.
• Coordinate with CP&P and other agencies on case management.
• Supervise follow-ups at 3, 6, and 12 months.
