Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Three or more years of experience working with children.
• One year or more of supervisory experience.
• Current state approved first-aid certification.
• Current CPR certification for infants/children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of activities for youth programs.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff and volunteers.
• Engage with parents to discuss children’s experiences.
• Maintain records according to YMCA standards.
• Encourage member involvement and recruit new enrollments.
