Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Three or more years of experience working with children.
- One year or more of supervisory experience.
- Current state approved first-aid certification.
- Current CPR certification for infants/children.
Responsibilities
- Supervise delivery of activities for youth programs.
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff and volunteers.
- Engage with parents to discuss children’s experiences.
- Maintain records according to YMCA standards.
- Encourage member involvement and recruit new enrollments.
