Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain YMCA certifications including PR/CPR, AED, O2, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversees budgets and ensures year-end financial targets.
• Recruits, trains, and supervises staff and volunteers for youth and family programs.
• Develops and implements program schedules, safety standards, and quality checks.
• Maintains records, coordinates transportation for field trips, and manages supplies.
