YMCA of Greater Indianapolis seeks a Center Youth, Family & Camp Director to oversee Play & Learn, day camp, and family programming. You will supervise staff, coordinate events, and ensure programs align with association goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of YMCA experience, strong planning skills, and the ability to engage youth and families across activities. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in child development, recreation, elementary education or related field.
• 3–5 years professional experience in YMCA or similar agency.
• Event planning, program development and volunteer recruitment skills.
• Ability to relate to all age groups and collaborate with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Administer all facets of core youth center services, including Play & Learn, day camp, family programming, and events.
• Recruit participants and volunteers; ensure program implementation and financial operation in line with Association goals.
