Job summary

The Madison Club, part of Discovery Land Company, seeks a Youth and Family Program Lead to collaborate with the Outdoor Pursuits team and Club staff. You will deliver engaging youth and family programming, coordinate events, manage curriculum, and ensure the highest safety and service standards across the club.

Lead a dedicated programming team, develop seasonal activities, monitor budgets, and train staff while engaging members and families in safe, memorable experiences throughout the property.

Qualifications

• Experience leading youth, family, and guest programming.
• Strong safety and incident-reporting knowledge.
• Ability to manage calendars, events, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Youth and Family Programming team and events.
• Collaborate with Club management to evolve programs and experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and act as Manager on Duty as needed.
• Develop annual programming calendar and seasonal rotations.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and training.
• Monitor budgets and department expenses.
• Ensure safety policies and compliance are followed.
