Job summary

White Manor Country Club is seeking a Youth and Family Coordinator to plan and run youth, teen, and family activities. You will coordinate Kids Club, summer camps, and holiday events, managing staff, registrations, and safety.

You will work closely with management to ensure programs meet the Club’s standards and provide a welcoming environment for families. The role requires evenings, weekends, and special events.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in Recreation, Hospitality, Event Management, Education, or related field preferred.
• Must possess CPR and First Aid certification or obtain certification within a designated period of employment.
• Knowledge of Outlook, internet applications, and use of office equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple events, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Must enjoy working with children, teens, and families of all age groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate youth, teen, and family events and activities throughout the Club.
• Develop age-appropriate activities and programming for children and teens.
• Assist with Kids Club, summer camp programming, holiday events, and family events.
• Coordinate event logistics including schedules, supplies, decorations, food and beverage needs, and equipment.
• Direct Youth Activities Counselors and other event staff during youth events and summer camp.
• Greet members and guests in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
• Assist with registration, attendance, and sign-in procedures for youth programs and events.
• Communicate health and safety information to staff regarding allergies and special needs.
• Supervise children and teens to maintain a safe, positive, inclusive environment.
• Assist with meals and snacks during youth programming.
• Ensure smooth event setup, decorations, and room arrangements.
• Maintain inventory of youth programming supplies and coordinate refreshes.
• Collaborate with other Club departments to ensure successful programming.
