Job summary

Battleground Country Club is seeking a proactive Member Experience Coordinator to plan and execute engaging youth, family, and member programming. You will develop a diverse calendar of events, seasonal camps, and activities that foster community and memorable experiences for all ages.

In collaboration with multiple departments, you will oversee daily youth programming operations, supervise staff, manage logistics, and ensure safety and adherence to club standards while supporting marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, event management, or recreation preferred.
• Minimum of two years related work experience in event programming, recreation, hospitality, youth programming, or member engagement.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Coordination: Assist in developing a diverse range of youth and family programs.
• Staff Supervision & Development: Supervise a team of youth activity counselors and camp counselors.
• Event Execution & Support: Manage events from setup to execution, handling logistics.
• Member & Family Engagement: Build relationships with families and members to promote activities.
• Safety Oversight: Ensure activities meet safety protocols and maintain equipment.
• Marketing & Communications: Support promotion of events via calendars, newsletters, and digital channels.
• Budget Assistance & Resource Management: Track expenses and assist with purchase orders and supplies.
• Administrative Support: Maintain registrations, attendance, and feedback records.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to integrate family programming.
