Job summary

The Greater Austin YMCA is seeking a Youth & Family Coordinator to bring energy to youth sports, camps, enrichment programs, teen activities, family events, and seasonal programs. • Experience working with children, families, or community members in program or service settings.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of Youth & Family programs, activities, and events.
• Provide day-to-day operational support based on departmental priorities and seasonal needs.
• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for participants and families, answering questions and resolving routine concerns.
• Assist with schedules, registrations, rosters, participant communications, supplies, and space preparation.
